2 Days 1 Night Gallipoli and Troy Tour from Istanbul

This tour package is 2 days long which departs from Istanbul and takes the participants to visit the battlefields of Gallipoli, Troia Ancient city and Two different horses, one of the in the Canakkale city center and other one is infront of the Ancient city of Troy.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 -Istanbul to Gallipoli ( Gallipoli Peninsula )

Pick up from your hotel in Istanbul at 06:30 and drive to meeting point.We depart from Istanbul to Eceabat.On the way, you will have a stopover for the breakfast. After having breakfast, continue to drive driving is about 4 hours. After arrival in Gallipoli, first of all, you will have lunch, after lunch you will make your gallipoli day tour. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel in Canakkale/Eceabat.

On the tour, we visit; Beach Cemetery (John Simpson's Grave), ANZAC Cove, Ari Burnu (First ANZAC landing place), Lone Pine Cemetery (Australian memorial), Johnston's Jolly (Walk in the ANZAC trenches), View Shrapnel Valley, Turkish Memorial, The Nek and Walker's Ridge, Chunuk Bair (Main New Zealand memorial).

Overnight in Eceabat or Canakkale.

Day 2 -Troy Tour / Drive to Istanbul

In the morning after breakfast, you will be pick up from your hotel at 08:30 Am and drive to Troy. Upon arrival you will visit the historical sites of the Troy Ancient City. Included a visiting of  trojan hors and helen of city, A replica of the wooden horse that you can climb into for a photo, Excavation information centre which holds exhibits from the work underway, The fortification walls of Troy Vl with its tower and gateway entrance, Temple of Athena - the focal point of a great annual festival in honour of the goddess Athena, Schliemann’s trench - the discoverer of Troy, The entrance ramp to Troy ll., The sanctuary - an important religious centre of its time, The odeon – intended for the presentation of musical performances, Current excavations in progress.
After Troy Tour, we depart for Istanbul at 17:00 Pm.It is about 5,5 hour driving from Canakkale to Istanbul.We arrive in Istanbul at 21:30 Pm and transfer you to the hotel.

If you would like, you can continue to other destinations instead of coming back to Istanbul.
