5 Days Relaxing Aegean Coast Tour Package by Plane

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to airport to take flight from Istanbul to Izmir. Flight time is flexible according to your request. Upon arrival to Izmir Airport, you will meet with our staff at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel which is reserved by our company according to your choise.  

 

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to meeting point to meet with other tour participants and local Ephesus tour guide, then dirve to Ephesus Ancient City  , stroll past the celsus library, the Temple Of Hadrian and the Trajan Fountain in the Ancient Ephesus.After walking on the historical marble street the Great Theater where St. Paul preached will meet at the end. Then drive Isa Bey Mosque,After visiting Isabey Mosque, stop in a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon will visit the carpet coorperative to see how the Turkish carpets are made by hand. Proceed to shrine of Mother Mary,it is believed where she spent recent years of her life. Then visit Temple Of Artemis (Diana), on the side of one of the seven wonders of ancient World.At the end of the tour, drive back to Selcuk/Kusadasi the tour ends and you will be transferred to Hotel  which is reserved by our company according to your choise.

09:00 You will be picked up from your hotel and drive to Sirince Villige. This old Greek village in the mountains of Selcuk is typical example of old villages in Anatolia. Old houses and churches are well kept and the authenticity still remains. Sirince was knowen as Cirkince ("ugly"). Indeed its habitants gave this name on purpose as they did

not want to be bothered by foreigners nor to share the beauty of their village. Still after years, visitors understood that the village was not ugly at all and called it Sirince ("pretty").

All the narrow streets of the village belong to the women, selling handcrafts of all kinds, olive oil. Another attraction of Sirince is its wine: try its taste in small cafés or in the former municipal school restorated. Sirince village is a perfect synthesis of Turk-Greek culture as of the 1920's: after the Independence War, people exchange between Greek and Turks has occurred and all those typical Greek houses, though they kept their original outside characteristics, have received the local layout inside. The most beautiful specimens are open to visitors. And even in the courtyard of one of them, one will discover a nicely restorated Orthodox church.

You will have your lunch in a small charming weaving village where you will see carpet dying, spinning and weaving. You will have the chance to meet with the Turkish villagers and learn more about the Turkish culture and the hospitality.

16:00 At the end of the tour, drive back to hotel and overnight in Selcuk / Kusadasi.

 

08:30-After breakfast, you will be taken from your hotel (Pick up time can be changed according to your hotel location) and meet with other tour participants and local tour guide. Drive from Selcuk / Kusadasi to Pamukkale. Pamukkale that has the meaning of the Cotton Castle in English. Once known as Hierapolis, famous for healing thermal / mineral Baths and beautiful snow-white “petrified waterfalls. Afterwards stop for lunch in a local restaurant then visit Hierapolis, including the main Street and Gates, the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the devil’s hole, the thermal Baths, and masterpiece theater. Pamukkale's terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 metres (1,050 ft) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 metres long covering an expanse of 240 metres to 300 metres. 

At the end of the tour, drive back to hotel and overnight in Selcuk / Kusadasi.
