3 Days Ephesus & Pergamum & Pamukkale Tour by Bus

20:00  You will be picked up infront of our office by shuttle bus and transfer to Bus station.

21:30  Depart from Istanbul by local bus to Selcuk (Duration 11 hrs)

You will arrive in Selcuk arround 08:00am. Our staff will be waiting for you at the bus station with your name sign. You will be picked up from bus station and transferred to our office. After meeting with other tour participants and local tour guide, drive to Ephesus Ancient City  , stroll past the celsus library, the Temple Of Hadrian and the Trajan Fountain in the Ancient Ephesus.After walking on the historical marble street the Great Theater where St. Paul preached will meet at the end. Then drive Isa Bey Mosque,After visiting Isabey Mosque, stop in a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon will visit the carpet coorperative to see how the Turkish carpets are made by hand. Proceed to shrine of Mother Mary,it is believed where she spent recent years of her life. Ephesus Archeological Museum to see findings of Ephesus excavations and Temple Of Artemis (Diana), on the side of one of the seven wonders of ancient World.At the end of the tour, drive back to Selcuk/Kusadasi the tour ends and you will be transferred to Hotel  which is reserved by our company according to your choise.  Check in hotel and overnight in Selcuk / Kusadasi.
 

08:30am  You will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast (Pick up time may change according to your hotel location) and meet with other tour participants and local tour guide then we will drive to Pergamon.  Pergamon was an important capital city in ancient word.. Built on a conical hill rising 1,000 feet above the surrounding valley. Pergamum's acropolis and Asclepion are both listed among the top 100 historical sites on the Mediterranean. Most of the buildings and monuments in Pergamum date to the time of Eumenes II (197-159 BC), including the famed library, the terrace of the spectacularly sited hillside theater, the main palace, the Altar of Zeus, Temple of Athena. It was main function was social and cultural as much as it was sacred Also it was one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Asclepion, Galen born & Aducated in Pergamum, was the authority of European medicine from the 2nd century until renaissance. He was the founder of the health principles of diet, relaxation, exercise. Visit the ancient hospital & health center where he worked. Tour ends and you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Selcuk / Kusadasi. 
 

08:00 / 08:30am Pick up from Kusadasi Hotels (Pick up time may change according to your hotel location) and drive to Selcuk (Duration is at least 15 munites) to meet with other tour participants and tour guide then drive to Pamukkale that has the meaning of the Cotton Castle in English.

12:00 Arrive in Pamukkale and have lunch in a local restaurant.

13:00 We will enter the Hierapolis Ancient City and Pamukkale to vist Pamukkale's terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 metres (1,050 ft) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 metres long covering an expanse of 240 metres to 300 metres. Then visit Hierapolis Ancient City, famous for healing thermal / mineral Baths and beautiful snow-white “petrified waterfalls  including the main Street and Gates, the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the devil’s hole, the thermal Baths, and masterpiece theater. 

16:00 / 16:15 Tour ends and you will have free time in Pamukkale until departure time.

21:00 Depart from Denizli to Istanbul by local bus.
 

Around 08:00am, you will arrive in Istanbul bus station. ( Local bus company has shuttle bus to Sultanahmet area)
