Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Overnight local bus from Istanbul to Selcuk
20:00 You will be picked up infront of our office by shuttle bus and transfer to Bus station.
21:30 Depart from Istanbul by local bus to Selcuk (Duration 11 hours)
Day 2 – Arrive in Selcuk & Ephesus Ancient City Tour (Lunch)
You will arrive in Selcuk arround 08:00am. Our staff will be waiting for you at the bus station with your name sign. You will be picked up from bus station and transferred to our office. After meeting with other tour participants and local tour guide, drive to Ephesus Ancient City , stroll past the celsus library, the Temple Of Hadrian and the Trajan Fountain in the Ancient Ephesus.After walking on the historical marble street the Great Theater where St. Paul preached will meet at the end. Then drive Isa Bey Mosque,After visiting Isabey Mosque, stop in a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon will visit the carpet coorperative to see how the Turkish carpets are made by hand. Proceed to shrine of Mother Mary,it is believed where she spent recent years of her life. Ephesus Archeological Museum to see findings of Ephesus excavations and Temple Of Artemis (Diana), on the side of one of the seven wonders of ancient World.At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Hotel which is reserved by our company according to your choise. Check in hotel and overnight in Selcuk / Kusadasi.
Day 3 – Pamukkale Calcium Terraces & Hierapolis Ancient City Tour (Breakfast & Lunch)
08:00 / 08:30 Pick up from Kusadasi Hotels (Pick up time may change according to your hotel location) and drive to Selcuk (Duration is at least 15 munites) to meet with other tour participants and tour guide then drive to Pamukkale that has the meaning of the Cotton Castle in English.
12:00 Arrive in Pamukkale and have lunch in a local restaurant.
13:00 We will enter the Hierapolis Ancient City and Pamukkale to vist Pamukkale's terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 metres (1,050 ft) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 metres long covering an expanse of 240 metres to 300 metres. Then visit Hierapolis Ancient City, famous for healing thermal / mineral Baths and beautiful snow-white “petrified waterfalls including the main Street and Gates, the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the devil’s hole, the thermal Baths, and masterpiece theater.
16:00 / 16:15 Tour ends and you will have free time in Pamukkale until departure time.
21:00 Depart from Denizli to Istanbul by local bus (Duration 10-11 hours)
Day 5 – Arrive in Istanbul
Around 08:00am, you will arrive in Istanbul bus station. ( Local bus company has shuttle bus to Sultanahmet area)

We were in Turkey not for a very long time. we visited istanbul, ephesus, pamakkale, anatalya, fethiyye and then went to the greek islands. We actually just booked a bus ticket to ephesus but then decided to go with the guided tour in ephesus and pamukkale. The tours were good, guide was intelligent and food was delicious. In short time, we could manage to see a lot. The bus journey was really long and a bit tiring but the buses were comfortable. Turkey is a very big country. M. Karlsonn

Ephesus and Pamukkale are two great sites to see. We did the tour by bus and it was very long bus ride. It becomes budget but I can suggest you to take plane instead. Otherwise everything was perfect in the tour. recommended.

We booked this tour online before we came to turkey. they were very quick in replies and made everything clear for us. the bus journey was a bit tiring but we enjoyed ephesus and pamakkale a lot. The guide John (maybe Jan) was perfect and very informative.
