Tour Itinerary

DAY 1 -  ISTANBUL ARRIVAL AND OVERNIGHT 

When you arrive in Istanbul Ataturk Airport, you will meet with our staff and transfer to the hotel. Check into hotel and overnight in Istanbul. 

DAY 2 - FULL DAY OLD CITY  TOUR OF ISTANBUL (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel and start the full day tour of Istanbul. Our first visit will be Blue Mosque and proceed the  Ancient Roman Hippodrome (center of the chariot races) and then vist the Hagia Sophia, the Byzantine church which was converted to a mosque in 15th century. Afterwards, have lunch in a local restaurant continue the our old city tour with the Topkapi Palace (harem section is optional), and finally we will stop at Grand Covered Bazaar and will have free time to discover 4000 shops in the passageways of the world’s largest covered bazaar. Overnight in Istanbul. 

DAY 3 - ISTANBUL HALF DAY BOSPHORUS CRUISE AND FREE AFTERNOON   (B)

We have breakfast at the hotel then meet with your guide. Drive along the old city walls to the Spice (Egyptian Bazaar). We stop at Spice Bazaar. You will have an opportunity to shop there. Then  embark the boat. Sail on the Bosphorus between two continents. While you are sailng you will be able to see Asia and Europe together and the most expencive villas lying along the Bosphorus. Also, you will see the Rumeli Fortress on the European part of Istanbul. At the end of the Bosphorus Cruise, drive back to hotel. You will have free afternoon in Istanbul. You can go to Turkish Bath to relax or explore the city by yourself.

DAY 4 – DRIVE FROM ISTANBUL TO GELIBOLU PENINSULA (B, L, D) 

Today after your breakfast, check out and  begin our Turkey journey. The first step to drive to Canakkale – Eceabat. Upon arrival to Eceabat have lunch in a local restaurant then drive to Gallipoli Battlefield to visit Kabatepe War Museum, Brighton Beach, Anzac Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, Anzac Commemoration Site, and Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston’s Jolly, the Nek and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial. At the end of the tour, drive to hotel. Check into hotel. Dinner and overnight in Canakkale. 

DAY 5 – TROY ANCIENT CITY TOUR & DRIVE TO KUSADASI VIA VISITING PERGAMON (B, L, D)

After having breakfast, check out and drive to Troy Ancient City. We start to explore the famous archaeological and mythological site of Troy, home of the "Trojan Horse" and "Helen of Troy" . Afterwards, we have lunch in a local restaurant on the way to Pergamon Ancient City. Then proceed to The city of Pergamon in the north of the Aegean of West Anatolia with the frontiers to ancient Mysia, forms a significant part of the Aegean and Asia Minor history with Acropolis, one of the centers of Hellenistic and Roman ages. After the tour we will drive to famous harbour city of Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi to explore Ephesus Ancient City tomorrow. 

DAY 6 – TOUR OF EPHESUS & VIRGIN MARY HOUSE (B, L, D)

Today we will be touring in Ephesus and surrounding sites. The tour starting with Isa Bey Mosque, then drive to an ancient Greek city, later a major Roman city, on the west coast of Asia Minor which called Ephesus, stroll past the celsus library, the Temple Of Hadrian and the Trajan Fountain in the Ancient Ephesus. After walking on the historical marble street the Great Theater where St. Paul preached will meet at the end. Open buffed lunch in a local Turkish restaurant. After the lunch we will Proceed to shrine of Mother Mary, it is believed where she spent recent years of her life. Then proceed the tour by visiting Temple Of Artemis (Diana), on the side of one of the seven wonders of ancient World. At the end of the day, drive back to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi. 

DAY 7 – PAMUKKALE & HIERAPOLIS ANCIENT CITY TOUR (B, L, D)

After having breakfast at the hotel, check out and ready to explore Pamukkale Calcium Terraces. Pamukkale's terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 metres (1,050 ft) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 metres long covering an expanse of 240 metres to 300 metres. After lunch visit Hierapolis Ancient City, including the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the main Street and Gates, the thermal Baths, Masterpiece Theater. At the end of the tour, drive to hotel. Check into hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Thermal Hotel in Pamukkale.

DAY 8 – DRIVE TO CAPPADOCIA VIA VISITING KONYA MEVLANA MUSEUM (B, L, D)

After having breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart from Pamukkale to Cappadocia via visiting Konya. First stop we will be 13th century Selcuk caravanserai "Sultanhan" on the way to Konya. We will have lunch in a local restaurant, then visit the Mevlana Mausoleum, the great mystic poet and Islamic spiritual leader, who founded the sect of ''Whirling Dervishes'' and in Konya. After the tour,we will drive to the hotel in Cappadocia. Check into hotel. Dinner nad overnight in Cappadocia.

DAY 9 – NORTH OF  CAPPADOCIA TOUR    (B, L, D)

Today, you will witness the natural beauty of Turkey.After breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel and start for North Cappadocia Tour.Our first visit will be Martian landscape is in the Dervent valley. Then drive to visit Pasabag's “fairy chimneys”, where the voice of the wind harmonizes with songs of the fairies. From here we pause at Avanos center of terracotta art. After lunch we visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia. We complete the tour with a visit to the Uchisar Rock-Castle, giving you a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia.Visit Ceramic and Tile Center to see how the tiles made by hand. After the first day tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 10 – SOUTH OF CAPPADOCIA TOUR    (B, L, D)

After the breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel for the second day tour of Cappadocia.Our first visit is to Red Valley and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 5 km through the Gulludere valley. Then visit Cavusin Village After lunch drive to the Pigeon Valley. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli Underground City, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. Which is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia? The underground city was originally carved out as eight floors; however four floors are available to visit. In wartime about 5000 people can refuge in. The tunnels are still used today.as storage areas, stables, and cellars. On the way back visit the natural castles at Ortahisar. After the tour,you will be transferred back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 11 – FLIGHT FROM CAPPADOCIA TO ISTANBUL (B) 

After breakfast, you have free time in Cappadocia until your flight departure time. You will be picked up from your hotel and drive to the airport for flight to Istanbul. On arrival, you will meet with our staff at airport and transfer to hotel. Check into hotel. Free time in Istanbul for last minute shopping or you can go to Turkish Bath  for your relaxing. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 12 - END OF THE TOUR IN ISTANBUL (B)

Today is your last day in Istanbul. You will have breakfast at your hotel  and have free time until your departure time. Then we will arrange your airport transfer according your flight time. If you would like to stay Istanbul longer, please let us know and we can extend your accommodation at the same hotel.

Guests should watch their step at all times in order to avoid injuries.
It is not recommended to visit underground cities for the guests who have asthma and claustrophobia.
